How long does it take?
Delivery time varies depending on the quality of the recording and the length of the audio. Medical TAT is usually next day. It may take longer for poor recording or very lengthy files. If you have a time constraint please let us know in advance by responding to our ONLINE QUOTE FORM.
Do you use timestamps?

Refunds are available in certain circumstances if we are late returning the finished product. However, this situation at Lovejoy's Transcription is rare.
